Join us on our family’s traditional olive farm in the heart of Crete for a warm, authentic, and unforgettable cooking experience. Guided by me, Marianna, and my lovely mom,Stella, you will prepare three authentic Cretan recipes using only pure and fresh ingredients with most sourced directly from our family farm while also learning the secrets of traditional Cretan cuisine and the local way of living. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, what truly matters is your open heart and eagerness to embrace the warmth of Cretan culture, becoming a cherished part of our family along the way!

Because we are a working olive farm, we include a guided olive oil tasting as part of the cooking class as we feel it is important to share with you some information like how to recognize a real extra virgin olive oil or how acidity, harvesting, and pressing affect quality and many more interesting details around the extra virgin olive oil. You will also watch a short behind-the-scenes video showing how we harvest our olive trees — a true look into our family tradition.

The whole experience unfolds in an outdoor space beneath a beautiful wooden roof, surrounded by olive trees on one side and a lush garden on the other. Engage your senses—smell, taste, and feel our culture through a one-of-a-kind cooking adventure. This is not a tourist show — it is an invitation into our home, our kitchen, and our way of life.

2. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking and we will prepare all the necessary changes in your menu. Definitely we can accommodate vegetarian or vegan or gluten/lactose  intolerance. Just let us know in advance 😉
3. For safety reasons, children (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult
4. Minimum drinking age is 18 years old
5. You can present either the receipt from your deposit or your electronic voucher for this activity

If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the event, you will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event will not be refunded.
